Upon receiving the returned item, the store will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return conditions. If everything is in order, they will process the refund or exchange within approximately 7 working days. For returns due to quality issues,  will conduct a quality inspection first, and then complete the refund or exchange within 7 working days after confirming the return.

In normal circumstances, it generally takes about 1 to 3 business days for the order to be processed and shipped, and then an additional 1 to 3 days for delivery, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. So, in total, it could take around 2 to 6 days from the time you place the order until you receive it.

• Debit/Credit Cards: This includes major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and JCB. Customers can use these cards to make payments either in-store or for online purchases.
